EAX 11 returns to Soho with The Intelligence Shift

EAX 11 returns to Soho this October, bringing together global brand thinking, AI-first leadership, performance psychology and two world-class estate agency panels focused on fees, market share, revenue per employee and business transformation.

EAX 11 returns this October for our 11th Estate Agency X event, and this year the focus is The Intelligence Shift.

Estate agency is facing a different kind of market pressure. The old advantage was location, stock, portal spend and reputation. Those things still matter, but they are no longer enough on their own.
The next advantage will come from sharper thinking, stronger leadership, better systems, a smarter use of AI, a more valuable brand and the ability to adapt before the market forces you to.

Taking place on 19th October at Curzon Soho, EAX 11 brings the room back to a prime Central London location inside an intimate private cinema complex. Not a noisy exhibition hall. Not rows of stands. Not another day of recycled conference talk. This is a room built for agency owners, leaders, team members and future leaders who want to think differently about where the industry is heading.

James Peach joins us as one of the headline speakers, bringing a level of global brand experience estate agency rarely gets access to. A multi-award-winning global marketing leader, former senior brand leader at Vinted, Uber, Innocent Drinks and Coca-Cola, adventurer, world cyclist and CALM Ambassador, James has been part of brands that do not just sell, but enter culture.

Most people reading this will know someone who has mentioned Vinted recently. Someone who has bought something, sold something or spoken about it as part of everyday life. That is the power of a brand that becomes embedded in behaviour.

James helped lead Vinted’s global brand growth as it expanded across 18 countries with a team of over 100 people. His session, Built for Chaos, will explore what estate agency can learn from global businesses that operate at speed, create attention, scale across markets and stay relevant in a world that keeps shifting.

For estate agents, this matters. Because the challenge now is not just being good at what you do. It is being noticed, remembered and chosen in a market where everyone is fighting for attention.

Mark Burgess, CEO and Founder of Iceberg Digital, certified in behavioural economics, best-selling author and the driving force behind Lifesycle, Uzair and Neuron, returns to the EAX stage with a session focused on the future of AI, technology and estate agency.

Mark has been speaking about the direction of the industry for years, and many of the shifts he previously predicted are now starting to play out in front of us. At EAX 11, he will share the latest developments within Iceberg Digital, the next evolution of Lifesycle, and what it really means to build and lead an AI-first company.

This will not just be about technology features. It will be about where AI is heading, how it will change the way estate agency businesses operate, and what leaders need to understand now if they want to stay ahead rather than catch up later.

Chris Hunt brings a completely different but equally important form of intelligence to the room.
A former Royal Marines Commando, Mental Performance Psychologist and Founder of Therapycise, Chris works with athletes, corporate leaders, teams and high-performing professionals to train the mental game properly.

His session, Pressure Ready, will explore how to craft the mindset needed for the world we are now working in. This is about confidence, clarity, composure and consistency under pressure. It is about how fitness, discipline and mental performance connect to better leadership. It is about preparing yourself and your team to perform when the market feels heavy, the pressure rises and the easy option is to retreat.

For agency owners, leaders and team members, this is not surface-level motivation. It is a practical look at how to build the mindset, habits and resilience needed to lead and perform in a changing market.

The day will be hosted by Rob Brady, Elite Performance Coach, TEDx Speaker and Strategic Growth Mentor, bringing the conversations together across leadership, performance, culture, mindset and the practical reality of building stronger estate agency businesses.

Alongside the headline speakers, EAX 11 will also feature two world-class estate agency panels, built around operators who are already doing the work inside the industry now. These panels will go behind the scenes of what is actually working in real businesses.

Increasing fees from 1% to 2%. Growing market share. Increasing revenue per employee. Becoming AI-first. Using data and technology more intelligently. Rebranding and repositioning agencies. Transforming operations. Building self-employed models. Creating businesses that can grow beyond the owner.

You will hear from Shane Harris of Harris + Wood, bringing 16+ years of residential agency experience and insight into brand, culture and growth. Matt Giggs, Founder of Giggs & Company, real estate coach and host of the Estate Agent Showdown podcast, brings deep experience in leadership, mindset and values-led business growth. Thomas Turner, Sales Director at Pendle Hill Properties, will share how AI, data, marketing and client care have helped drive 2%+ fees and modern agency growth.

Jill Roberts brings the operational view from one of Flintshire’s leading estate agencies, showing why systems, service and client experience matter behind the scenes. Joshua Smith of JAGS Property Group brings insight into community, content and organic reach from one of North Kent’s most visible agency brands. Stephen Geer of RedRoots Property brings the reality of rebrand, transformation and self-employed model growth. Julie Burns of Freyja North Limited brings the perspective of building a transparent, values-led agency in Liverpool, while James Allen of Allen Residential shares what it takes to build a lettings business that can grow beyond the owner.

The question is not only whether you should come.
It is who else in your business needs to be in the room with you.

Your business partner, operations person, senior leadership team or the person you are developing. The team member who needs to understand the future direction of the industry.

You do not have to carry the next stage of the business alone.

Sometimes the most valuable thing you can do is bring the people who need to hear the same message, feel the same shift and leave with the same clarity. Early bird tickets are now available, but capacity is limited.

If you want to be in a room with people thinking differently about the future of estate agency, this is the moment to secure your place.
