Leading Estate Agents of the World Network Launches This September
This September, Leading Estate Agents of the World officially launches. After months of interviews, filming, platform development and careful selection, the network is ready to become public and give its members a stronger way to be seen, understood and found.

This Launch Has Been Months In The Making
September is when Leading Estate Agents of the World becomes visible, but the work behind it started long before the launch date. Over the past few months, we have been meeting estate agents from across the UK, spending proper time with them and understanding the businesses behind the names. We have recorded hours of footage, not simply to create promotional content, but to capture the thinking, personality and story behind each agency.
That content will form an important part of the new public facing website and the new public facing podcast. Both have been created to give consumers a better sense of the people behind the agencies, rather than reducing great businesses to a logo, a list of services and another claim about being different.
The launch is not about introducing another estate agency directory. It is about making the right agents easier to understand before the first conversation even happens. That has required much more than building a website and adding member profiles. It has required us to think carefully about what the network should represent when the public finally sees it.
We Have Been Building Around The Agent
One principle has stayed at the centre of the entire project. The member has to remain the hero.
Leading Estate Agents of the World should strengthen the agency brand, not compete with it. Every member already has their own identity, history, personality and local reputation, so the job of the network is to help more people recognise what makes that agency worth choosing. That is why we have spent so much time thinking about the individual member pages. We wanted each one to feel meaningful rather than templated. The objective is to create a space where an agency can showcase the soul of its brand, introduce the people behind it and give potential clients a much stronger understanding of how that business thinks and behaves.
A good member page should not simply tell you where an agent operates. It should leave you with a feeling for who they are. That detail matters because the public rarely chooses an estate agent based on one piece of information. Reputation, personality, evidence, local knowledge, presentation and trust all begin to build before somebody picks up the phone. The website has been designed with that journey in mind.
We have also been thinking deeply about how discovery is changing. The new Leading Estate Agents of the World website is being built using Neuron AI website technology from Iceberg Digital, our technology partner. That gives us the opportunity to think beyond how an estate agency website has traditionally been structured and start preparing for how people are increasingly searching for businesses. Search engine optimisation remains important, but AI search is becoming part of the way consumers find information, compare options and form opinions. We want the network to support members in both worlds. That means creating useful, substantial pages around the agent, their business and their expertise rather than relying on thin directory listings. It also means preparing content that can support their wider visibility as search continues to evolve.
Technology only matters here if it helps the right agent get found by the right person.
That has been our focus throughout the build. Not adding AI because it sounds impressive, but using new technology to support something very human: helping consumers find estate agents they can believe in.
The public facing podcast is another important part of the launch. We have already captured hours of conversations with agents from across the UK, and those discussions reveal something a traditional profile never could. You hear why somebody built their agency. You hear what they care about, what they have learned and how they think about clients, teams and their local market. That matters because credibility is difficult to communicate through slogans. A person talking openly about their business allows the audience to make their own judgement. The personality comes through, the thinking becomes clearer and the person behind the brand becomes real.
The aim is not to tell consumers that our members are credible. It is to create enough depth for them to feel it themselves.
That is a very different kind of marketing.
Perhaps the most important part of the launch is what we have deliberately not done. We have never approached Leading Estate Agents of the World with the intention of getting as many agents as possible to join. The thinking has always been the opposite. We wanted to carefully choose the right agents because the long term strength of this network will depend on the people inside it. When those people eventually sit together, the value will not come from the number of members in the room. It will come from the quality of the conversations that happen because those particular people are there.
One owner shares something another has been wrestling with. Someone explains a mistake before somebody else makes the same one, while another perspective changes the way a leader thinks about an opportunity in their own business. That is where the magic of the network should happen. In the sharing, not the selling. If we get the people right, the network has the opportunity to become much more than a public platform. It becomes useful.
The public launch is only one part of what happens next. Every Leading Estate Agents of the World member has received a complimentary ticket to EAX 11, The New Advantage. That will become the first opportunity for network members to meet together properly.
It feels like the right place to begin because EAX 11 itself is built around new thinking, perspective and giving independent agency leaders access to ideas that can move their businesses forward.
The network then takes another step in December, with the first mastermind workshop for members currently being finalised. That workshop will create a more focused environment for owners to work through real business challenges, exchange ideas and learn from the experience already sitting around the table. The website creates visibility, but the relationships between members are what can create something far more powerful. That balance matters. Leading Estate Agents of the World is being built to work publicly for the agent while also working privately for the owner.
September is the point where months of work finally start to come together. The new website becomes public. Member pages begin showcasing the agencies behind the network, the new podcast starts bringing their stories and thinking to a wider audience, and the launch content gives members something meaningful to take into their own markets. Then the people behind those pages start meeting each other. That is the part we are most excited about.
We have obsessed over the detail because we want this to be something members are proud to use, consumers find useful and strong independent agents genuinely benefit from being part of. Leading Estate Agents of the World was never built to make everyone want to join. It was built around finding the right agents, presenting them properly and creating the environment where those people can become even stronger together.
This September, the network becomes public. The people behind it are what will make it matter.
